NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

PUBLIC HEARINGS will be held by the Greenlee County Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at 6:00 PM and by the Greenlee County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at 8:00 AM in the Second Floor Conference Room of the Greenlee County Courthouse Annex, 253 Fifth Street, Clifton, Arizona, to consider the following:

 

• A request by Brandi and Joaquin Alvarez to change the zoning district of Parcel Number 300-68-021K from RU-36 (rural, minimum lot area 36 acres) to SR-43 (single-household residential, minimum lot area 43,560 sq. ft.).

 

• A request by Desarae Daniels to change the zoning district of Parcel Number 300-82-029 from SR-12 (single-household residential, minimum lot area 12,000 sq. ft.) to MR-B (multiple-household residential, minimum lot area per dwelling unit 2000 sq. ft.).

• A request by Brittani Wallace to change the zoning district of Parcel Number 300-57-074A from RU-36 (rural, minimum lot area 36 acres) to MH-18 (RV park, minimum lot area 1800 sq. ft.)

 

• A request by Clinton Petross to change the zoning district of Parcel Number 300-85-015 from TR-09 (transitional, minimum lot are 9000 sq. ft.) to MR-A (multiple-household residential, minimum lot area per dwelling unit 3000 sq. ft.)

 

• A request by James and Maxine Hollestelle to change the zoning district of Parcel Number 300-55-003 from RU-36 (rural, minimum lot area 36 acres) to MH-18 (RV Park, minimum lot area 1800 sq. ft.)
