Duties of this department include:
- Securing Polling Place locations
- Recruiting, hiring and training of election board workers
- Issuing, accepting and maintaining candidate, initiative, referendum and recall filings and campaign committee financial reports
- Provides for printing of all election related material Provides vote tabulation and official results for canvassing by the Board of Supervisors

- A citizen of the United States
- A resident of Arizona
- A convicted felon whose rights have been restored
- A person who is 18 years or older before the next general election
Upon completion of a voter registration form and filing with the Greenlee County Recorder on or before 29 days before an election.
- Locations are on the Sample Ballot mailed to each household before an election.
