NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to ARS 11-254.01, Greenlee County will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 29, 2023, for the furnishing
of Asphalt Emulsion
All bids must be marked BID for 3/8” Fractured Chips on the outside of the sealed
envelope containing the same and addressed to the Greenlee County Board of
Supervisors, P O Box 908, Clifton, Arizona, 85533.
- Bids will be opened on Friday March 31, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. and presented to the Board of Supervisors at the next scheduled meeting.
- The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to extend the award date.
- Bidders are in competition with procurement agencies including the state procurement agency
