NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to ARS 11-254.01, Greenlee County will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 29, 2023, for the furnishing
of Asphalt Emulsion.
All bids must be marked BID for Asphalt Emulsion on the outside of the sealed envelope
containing the same and addressed to the Greenlee County Board of Supervisors, P O
Box 908, Clifton, Arizona, 85533.
- Bids will be opened on Friday March 31, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. and presented to the Board of Supervisors at the next scheduled meeting.
- The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to extend the award date.
- Bidders are in competition with procurement agencies including the state procurement agency.
