NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to ARS 11-254.01, Greenlee County will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 5:00 p.m., May 4, 2023, for the furnishing of one (1) 1/2 Ton
4×4 Crew Cab Pickup for the Sheriff’s Office.
Specifications are available upon request from the Office of the Clerk of the Board of
Supervisors located in the Greenlee County Courthouse Annex, 253 5th Street, P O Box
908, Clifton, Arizona, from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, 928-865-2072 or at
www.greenlee.az.gov
- All bids must be marked “BID ON Pick up – Sheriff’s Office” on the outside of the sealed envelope containing the same and addressed to the Greenlee County Board of Supervisors, P O Box 908, Clifton, Arizona, 85533.
- Bids will be opened on Friday, May 5, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. and presented to the Board of Supervisors at the next scheduled meeting.
- The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to extend the award date.
- Bidders are in competition with procurement agencies including the state procurement agency.
