PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to A.R.S. 16-449, there will be a
Logic and Accuracy Test of the voting equipment and program to ascertain that the
equipment and program will correctly count the votes cast for the state candidates in the
2022 General Elections Recount.
Testing will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, December 9, 2022, by the AZ Secretary of State and Greenlee County Elections Department for the representatives of the Press, Public, and Candidates at the Greenlee County Elections Building, 826 S. Coronado Blvd, Clifton, Arizona.
