and amendments thereto, the
GREENLEE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
also sitting as Board of Directors for
GREENLEE COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES DISTRICT
and
GREENLEE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT
hereby gives notice that a
Regular Meeting

1.) Call to Order

2.) PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES DISTRICT – the Board of Supervisors will convene as the Board of Directors of the Greenlee County Public Health Services District and will reconvene as the Board of Supervisors following consideration of these items:
- Consent Agenda
- Clerk of the Board: Consideration of approval of Public Health Services District expense warrants in excess of $1,000.00
3.) FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT – the Board of Supervisors will convene as the Board of Directors of the Greenlee County Flood Control District and will reconvene as the Board of Supervisors following consideration of these items:

- Clerk of the Board: Consideration of approval of Flood Control District
expense warrants in excess of $1,000.00

7.) Consent Agenda
- Clerk of the Board: Consideration of approval of expense warrants in excess
of $1,000.00 – Voucher 7024
- Chief Finance Officer: Consideration of approval of General Fund loans in the
amount of $9,412.15 to be reimbursed upon receipt of funds: Fund 139 –
$2,510.23; Fund 308 – $6,901.92
- Planning and Zoning: Consideration of approval for a request by Jessica
Lovato to change the zoning district of Parcel Number 300-14-011D from RU-
36 (rural, minimum lot area 36 acres) to RU-4 (rural, minimum lot area 4
acres). This item received a favorable recommendation from the Commission
by unanimous vote
- Planning and Zoning: Consideration of approval for a request by Scott Adams
to change the zoning district of Parcel Number 300-89-008 from TR-18
(transitional, minimum lot area 18,000 sq. ft.) to MR-C (multiple-household
residential, minimum lot area per dwelling unit 1500 sq. ft.). This item
received a favorable recommendation from the Commission by unanimous
vote.
- E. Planning and Zoning: Consideration of approval for a request by Scott Adams
to change the zoning district of Parcel Number 200-92-003 from RU-36 (rural,
minimum lot area 36 acres) to MR-C (multiple-household residential,
minimum lot area per dwelling unit 1500 sq. ft.). This item received a
favorable recommendation from the Commission by unanimous vote.
- Planning and Zoning: A request by Tyler Kennedy to change the zoning
district of Parcel Number 300-47-014B from TR-36 (transitional, minimum lot area 36,000 sq. ft.) to MH-18 (RV Park, minimum lot/space area 1800 sq. ft.) This item received a denial/unfavorable recommendation from the Commission by unanimous vote.
- Public Works Roads: Consideration of approval of employee transaction form:
- Ralston, Tech II; S. Wright, Tech II; J. Hudson, Tech II
- School Superintendent: Consideration of approval of intergovernmental
agreement for juvenile detention center education program services between
Pinal County and Greenlee County
- Sheriff: Consideration of approval of employee transaction form: B. Kunz,
Control Room Operator; A. Scott, Jail Cook
- Superior Court Judge: Consideration of approval for Administrative Order of
appointing Justices of the Peace as Juvenile Court Hearing Officers
- Health Manager: Consideration of approval of the Arizona Mutual Aid
Compact agreement among agencies to lend assistance across
jurisdictional boundaries when needed and the help has been approved by
both agencies
8.) Supervisor Reports (Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02(K), individual supervisors may present brief summaries of current events, but no discussion may occur, and no action may be taken regarding anything that is presented)
9.) Work Session, Discussion and Possible Action regarding county fairgrounds park development and potential placement of recreational activity sites
10.) Adjournment
All agenda items are for discussion and/or action as deemed necessary. The Board reserves the right to consider any matter out of order. The Board may retire into Executive Session for any of the purposes that are allowed by law, including but not limited to legal advice and/or personnel matters; as authorized by A.R.S. §38-431.et.seq.
