Jail Visitation Information
We have contracted HomeWAV LLC to provide video visitation. Inmates can place and receive phone calls, receive video visits, order commissary items, file institutional paperwork and more on kiosks located in the housing units. Family and friends may schedule visitation appointments to take place in the lobby, at home on their computer, or through a smart phone app with high-speed internet. Inmates may have one (1) on-site visit (through video visitation) per week and unlimited off-site visits. All visits will be thirty (30) minutes. INMATE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM RULES
COMMUNICATION PRIVILEGES
All communications are subject to facility rules and monitoring. The Inmate Communication System is a privilege provided to maintain meaningful family and community connections.
GENERAL RULES
- All calls, video visits, and messaging may be monitored and recorded. These records may be used for Inmate discipline and/or criminal
- Participants must provide accurate identification information when

- Failure to follow visitation rules may result in termination of the visit and loss of future visitation privileges.

- Comply with all facility rules and directions regarding messaging
- Messaging privileges may be suspended or revoked for misuse or rule
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Failure to comply with these rules may result in:
- Immediate termination of the call or video visit
- Suspension of telephonic or video visitation privileges
- Disciplinary action in accordance with facility policy
- Referral for further investigation when warranted
APPROPRIATE ATTIRE FOR VIDEO VISITATION
To maintain a respectful and professional visitation environment, all visitors must wear appropriate clothing during video visits.
ACCEPTABLE ATTIRE
- Shirts, blouses, sweaters, and tops that fully cover the chest, back, and midsection
- Dresses and skirts of reasonable length
- Pants, jeans, slacks, capris, and leggings worn with appropriate upper garments
- Clothing that fits properly and is not excessively revealing
- Religious or cultural attire that complies with facility policies
- Appropriate footwear when visible on camera
PROHIBITED ATTIRE
- Clothing that exposes the chest, cleavage, midriff, abdomen, buttocks, or undergarments
- Tube tops, halter tops, spaghetti-strap tops, strapless tops, and similar revealing garments
- See-through, mesh, or transparent clothing
- Swimwear, pajamas, lingerie, robes, or sleepwear
- Clothing displaying profanity, obscene language, sexually explicit images, or offensive content
- Clothing promoting violence, gangs, drugs, alcohol, or illegal activity
- Costumes, masks, or face coverings that conceal identity (except approved religious or medical coverings)
- Excessively torn or ripped clothing that exposes prohibited areas
VIDEO VISITATION STANDARDS
- Visitors must remain fully clothed throughout the

REMINDER

INMATE TABLET USE RULES
TABLET PRIVILEGES
The inmate tablet program is provided to support meaningful communication, education, personal development, and access to approved services. Use of the tablet is a privilege and may be restricted or revoked for misuse.
GENERAL RULES
- Use only your assigned tablet and
- Keep your login credentials, PIN, and passwords
- Do not share, borrow, trade, or exchange tablets or account
- Follow all facility rules regarding tablet
- Treat the tablet with care and report any damage or malfunction
- Do not attempt to alter, tamper with, hack, or modify the device or
- All tablet activity may be monitored, reviewed, and
- Use respectful and appropriate language in all
- Do not use the tablet to harass, threaten, intimidate, or bully
- Do not access, store, transmit, or attempt to obtain unauthorized
- Do not use the tablet for gang-related activity or criminal
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls or monitoring
- Only approved contacts may be used for messaging, calls, or video
- Follow all rules governing electronic messaging, telephone calls, and video
- Maintain accountability for the tablet while it is assigned to
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
- Sharing accounts, passwords, or PINs
- Tampering with hardware or software
- Attempting to access restricted applications or services
- Sending threatening, abusive, or inappropriate messages
- Using another inmate’s account or device
- Damaging, destroying, or misusing the tablet
- Circumventing monitoring or security measures
- Engaging in illegal, disruptive, or unauthorized activity
DISCIPLINARY ACTION
Violation of tablet rules may result in:
INMATE:
- Suspension or loss of tablet privileges
- Restriction of messaging, phone, or video visitation services
- Disciplinary sanctions in accordance with facility policy
- Financial responsibility for damaged equipment
- Additional administrative or security action as warranted
- Criminal prosecution
VISITOR VIOLATION PROCESS
1st Violation – 24-hour suspension
2nd Violation – 48-hour Suspension
3rd Violation – 1-week Suspension
4 Violation – 1-month Suspension
5th Violation – Revocation of tablet privilege
Immediate Suspension or Revocation for Serious Violations
The facility may bypass progressive discipline for:
- Threats or harassment
- Criminal activity
- Attempting to introduce contraband
- Fraudulent account use
- Sharing passwords or accounts
- Attempts to evade monitoring or recording systems
- Any activity that threatens facility safety or security
