Fairground Event Rental Registration Form

Building Rental

Per Day with a $100.00 deposit, rental registration form, certificate of liability Insurance, in the amount of $1,000,000, naming Greenlee County as additional insured provided two weeks before event.

Building C $60

42 x 80 building comes with electrical outlets, swamp cooling, heating, and use of (18) 8 foot tables, (80) padded burgundy chairs, (60) black metal folding chairs.

Sound System $40

Sound PA system: 2 large speakers, 1 microphone, and system to plug your own device into.

Exhibit Building B $60

42 x 140 building with electrical outlets, swamp cooling, and use of Tables and chairs.

Combined with building C a total of 9,240 sq feet.

Corral/Stall Rental

Please call office 928-292-0293 before leaving Livestock or any items at the fairgrounds, for overnight corral usage and or stalls call the office and complete a rental registration form, and pay for the rental.

Corral rental $10 per week

Corral located along arena.

Stall rental $3 per day or $15.00 per month

Stall and tack rooms available

All Deposits will be refunded if the rental area is clean- there is no damage of the facility and or equipment used- The keys have been returned.
